Customer is looking to establish Autopilot as its default and standard way to
provision OS around the world.
The goal of the person filling this position would to increase Autopilot reliability
Job scope:
The scope includes making Autopilot work successfully quiet 100% of the time. When it is not possible to make progress on Autopilot, we expect this person to help deploy applications with Intune or prepare settings for projects or for all the users, but the priority must always be Autopilot. The job can be performed most of the time remotely, but mostly when troubleshooting Autopilot and until having this working 100% successfully might be necessary to attend the office more often to get computers for testing.
Background and experience required:
Technical
1. Expert on Autopilot ideally setting the solution when it’s necessary a Hybrid Domain Join.
2. Very good knowledge of on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
3. Very good knowledge of Intune MDM management.
4. Good technical knowledge in the administration of ADUC and the configuration of GPOs.
5. Some experience in developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to all corporate users including non-Microsoft applications.
6. Some experience in deployment of Operating System Security Patches and version upgrades using SCCM.
7. Some experience in building Microsoft Windows OS images for overall company-deployment.
8. Some experience in hardware drivers as part of Windows Image packaging and deployment
9. Some experience in Intune and WSUS as integral components of SCCM. Experienced in managing an echo system where SCCM, Intune and WSUS work together.

1. Fundamental to the role is the ability to Interact with global multi-national team and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies. Good English level is a must.

Main activities:
1. Set up Autopilot to have a high rate of success deployment grasping the 100%.
2. Manage and enforce Mobile security policies, configuration profiles, deployment of applications through Intune and so on.
3. Audit and review the end point management processes and existing Intune landscape. Identify and address gaps.
