We are looking for a Supervision and Monitoring Engineer
Job scope:
This role is defined to ensure infrastructures are under control with proper supervision setup
Mission and responsibilities:
- Setup monitoring and supervision tools based on Domain Leader requirements.
- Propose pro active maintenance based on setup
- Ensure alignment with the team in accordance with global challenges as define per the IT Leadership.
- Provide operational support to the team, identifying opportunities of improvements within Infrastructure and Datacenter operations.
- Identify key opportunities and risks with focus on operational efficiency.
- In charge to update documentations related to High & Low Level design for local infrastructures
- Oversee and coordinate lifecycle management for all infrastructure materials and related software’s under his/her area of responsibility.
- Creatively and independently provide resolution to technical problems in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement and coordinate the creation of technical service procedures, policies, and manuals.
- When required, collaborate with resources across different teams and locations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time sensitive issues.
- Lead the technical implementation to ensure operation and continuity of the infrastructure services (network equipment, servers, OS, File Share), operating the core technology, platforms, and activities, such as:
1. with his team, will get involved in the resolution of critical incidents (diagnosis, resolution, recovery), changes and service request.
2. Monitoring Tool setup and usage, and expertise.
3. Work on infrastructure projects as member of operation.
4. Supply chain technical support for new purchasing.
5. Contribute to the design and execution of the regional Datacenter global strategies.
6. Owner of the capacity planning in his scope to optimize the infrastructure and costs
7. Produce, update and maintain technical documentation

Must have:
- Excellent Business Relationship, positive communication, negotiation skills, high knowledge of the Business constraints.

- High understanding if the Group IT System (Citrix, VMWare, Veeam, Windows, Linux, Network, etc.)
- Strong work capacity and resistance to pressure in the event of Major Incidents
- Demonstrated decisiveness in resolving technical problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
- Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills
- Rigor, method and high organization skills for optimally organizing IT Run Datacenters Teams
- Listening and dialogue to understand the needs and problems encountered by infrastructures clients
- Mastery of the architecture of the IT Production System
- Ability to manage multiple critical topics concurrently.

- English: technical fluency spoken and written
