We are looking for a creative/innovative Data Product with strong comunication/coordination skills and abillity to understand the customer's businesses.
Job scope:
• Develop and articulate a clear vision for data-driven product initiatives, aligning them with business goals and customer needs;
• Collaborate with senior management and various teams on a part-time basis to integrate data-focused strategies into the overall product plan;
• Guide the product team in identifying and leveraging data insights for product innovation and improvement;
• Foster a culture of data literacy and informed decision-making within the product team and the wider organization;
• Provide mentorship and leadership on best practices in data product management, analytics, and technology trends;
• Conduct regular reviews and provide strategic direction on the product development process, ensuring alignment with data-driven goals;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insights on product development progress and outcomes;
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform and adjust product strategy;
• Advocate for and ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards in all product development activities;
Profile:
Must have:
• Proven experience as a CPO, with a strong focus on data-driven product development, in a fractional or full-time capacity;
• Deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and how these technologies can be leveraged in product development;
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing teams and stakeholders in a part-time capacity;
• Relevant educational background in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields;
Nice to have:
An experience in the Engineering and/or Energy sectors is a plus
