Our customer is looking for an IT Specialist (Business Analyst) to support Treasury applications
For the application portfolio, the main responsibilities of the IT specialist are:
- Provide Level 2/3 Support (incidents) on treasury applications
- Manage the small enhancements of treasury applications
- Responsible of the delivery of small enhancements
- Write detailed specifications and coordinate with IT Teams for any development on the application as well as the data flows between treasury applications and other systems (mainly ERPs)
- Develop specific reports (Excel) and rules on the Treasury software (JavaScritp)
POSITION DUTIES
Escalation point for incidents (yourself or coordination with other team) on application portfolio
Act as owner of incidents (reporting to the delivery manager)
Coordination of delivery tasks on treasury projects
Write detailed specifications for changes or projects
Maintain technical materials (technical cartography, administration guide)
Develop specific reports and rules
Contribute to the acceptance of the solution
